Please register and review the December minutes prior to the meeting.

The Bylaws Committee presents the proposed Policies and Procedures as well as Executive Board Descriptions. These two documents, which may be amended at any board meeting by a simple majority, will be brought for a vote at the February meeting. Policies and Procedures contains general operating workings, and Executive Board Descriptions contains information on job requirements.
